Treat Yourself to a Travel Facial

After a trip, this FACTORFIVE facial mask will help restore vitality to your skin.

As a travel writer, I’m always on the go. Planes, air-conditioned hotels, too much sun — at the end of the day, or trip, my skin could use revitalization.

I received the FACTORFIVE Growth Factor Soothing Facial Mask to sample and used it after a long week in Florida where I sat in air-conditioned conference rooms and enjoyed sunny walks on the beach in 90-degree weather.

This facial mask advertises a mix of “ethically derived adult human stem cell factors” with botanicals such as aloe, peppermint and hemp seed oil. You simply open the packet and pull out the mask already designed for an average face — which I especially loved because I'm not a fan of spreading facial ingredients all over my face that end up being dry. Remove the protective layer and place the mask over your forehead, nose, chin and cheeks. Don’t worry, they have openings for eyes, nose and mouth. It might take some smoothing to fit the mask into place; mine crinkled some around the chin and nose.

Relax and enjoy the soothing comfort for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the mask and discard. No need to rinse your face, too!

I can’t attest that my skin has improved—at my age, it's hard to tell—but my face feels remarkably soft and moisturized.

This facial mask comes in a single use packet that’s easy to slip into a suitcase and it’s TSA friendly. The packets also come in a party pack of five that would make a great addition to a weekend retreat (not just girlfriends y’all, guys like facials too!) or perhaps a bridemaid’s or groomsmen’s event.

One last thing - this product is made in the United States.
