Santa's all wet at the Audubon Aquarium in New Orleans.
Of course, New Orleans had to be different.
Scuba Claus, the Audubon Aquarium's version of Jolly Ole Saint Nick, will swim with the residents in the Maya Reef tunnel at 10 a.m. daily Thursday Dec. 21, Friday Dec. 22 and Saturday Dec. 23, 2023, at the attraction close to the city's French Quarter.
Also on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2023, Santa will visit the Aquarium's penguin colony to determine which of the 21 penguins makes his naughty or nice list.
Titan is the youngest penguin in the Big Easy colony — will Santa put him on the "nice" list on his first try with The Big Guy or will he end up "naughty" being the baby of the bunch?
The Audubon Aquarium is part of the Audubon Nature Institute of New Orleans, which also includes the Audubon Zoo, Insectarium, parks and conservation efforts.
